Het antwoord van God op de beschuldigingen tegen profeet Mohammad

‘Mohammad heeft de Koran zelf verzonnen/geschreven.’
10:38 If they say: “He invented it,” say thou: “Bring a sūrah the like thereof; and call whom you can besides God, if you be truthful.”
11:13 If they say: “He has invented it,” then say thou: “Then bring ten sūrahs the like thereof, invented; and call to whom you can, besides God, if you be truthful.”
11:35 (If they say: “He has invented it,” say thou (Mohammad): “If I have invented it, then upon me is my crime — but I am quit of what you commit.”)
32:3 If they say: “He has invented it,” the truth is: it is the truth from thy Lord, that thou warn a people to whom no warner came before thee, that they might be guided.
46:8 If they say: “He has invented it,” say thou (Mohammad): “If I have invented it, then you will not possess for me anything against God. He best knows what you say concerning it; sufficient is He as witness between me and you”; and He is the Forgiving, the Merciful.
52:33 Or if they say: “He has invented it,” — the truth is, they do not believe.

‘Mohammad was bezeten.’
7:184 Have they not reflected? Their companion is not possessed; he is only a clear warner.
15:6-9 And they say: “O thou upon whom the remembrance has been sent down: thou art possessed.
“Why bringest thou not the angels to us, if thou be of the truthful?”
We send down the angels only with justice, and then are they not granted respite.
We sent down the remembrance, and We are its custodian.
23:70 Or if they say: “He is possessed,” — the truth is, he has brought them the truth, but most of them are averse to the truth.
34:8 “He has invented a lie about God.” If he be possessed: the truth is, those who believe not in the Hereafter are in punishment and extreme error.
34:46 Say thou: “I but exhort you to one thing: that you stand up for God in twos and alone, then reflect.” Your companion is not possessed; he is only a warner to you before a severe punishment.
44:14-16 Then they turned away from him and said: “One taught and possessed”?
We, indeed, remove the punishment a little; you, indeed, revert.
The day We seize with the greatest seizing We will take retribution!
52:29 So remind thou! And by the favour of thy Lord thou art neither a soothsayer nor possessed.
68:2 Thou art not, by the favour of thy Lord, possessed;
68:51-52 And those who ignore warning almost cause thee to slip with their eyes when they hear the remembrance, and they say: “He is possessed.”
But it is only a reminder to all mankind.
81:22 And your companion is not possessed;

‘Mohammad heeft leugens aan God toegeschreven.’
34:8 “He has invented a lie about God.” If he be possessed: the truth is, those who believe not in the Hereafter are in punishment and extreme error.
42:24 If they say: “He has invented a lie about God,” — but if God wills, He will seal thy heart; and God eliminates vanity and establishes truth by His words; He knows what is in the breasts.

‘Mohammad was een dichter.’
36:69-70 And We taught him not poetry, and it does not behove him; it is only a remembrance and a clear recitation.
To warn whoso is alive, and that the word might become binding against the false claimers of guidance.
37:36-40 (And they said: “Are we to leave our gods for a possessed poet?”
The truth is, he brought the truth and confirmed the emissaries:
“You are to taste the painful punishment,
“And you will be rewarded only for what you did.”)
Save the sincere servants of God.
52:30-31 If they say: “A poet — we will wait for the vicissitudes of Fate for him,”
Say thou: “Wait — I am with you among those waiting.”
69:40-41 It is the word of a noble messenger,
And it is not the word of a poet — little do you believe —

‘Mohammad was een waarzegger.’
52:29 So remind thou! And by the favour of thy Lord thou art neither a soothsayer nor possessed.
69:42 Nor the word of a soothsayer — little do you take heed —

‘Mohammad heeft de Qur’an gedroomd.’
21:4-6 Say thou: “My Lord knows what is said in the heaven and the earth; and He is the Hearing, the Knowing.”
“But,” — they say — “a confused medley of dreams; but he has invented it; but he is a poet. So let him bring us a proof like that sent to the former peoples!”
No city believed before them among those We destroyed; will they then believe?

‘Mohammad was een leugenaar.’
16:105 — They but invent lies who believe not in the proofs of God — and it is they who are the liars.
23:90 The truth is, We brought them the truth, and they are liars.

‘Andere mensen hielpen Mohammad om de Koran te schrijven.’
16:103 And We know that they say: “A man but teaches him.” The tongue to which they incline is foreign, but this is a clear Arabic tongue.
44:14-16 Then they turned away from him and said: “One taught and possessed”?
We, indeed, remove the punishment a little; you, indeed, revert.
The day We seize with the greatest seizing We will take retribution!
Those who believe not in the proofs of God: God will not guide them, and they have a painful punishment

‘Mohammad was een tovenaar.’
10:2-3 Was it a wonder to men that We revealed to a man among them: “Warn thou men, and bear thou glad tidings to those who heed warning, that they have a precedence of honour in the sight of their Lord”? The false claimers of guidance say: “This is an obvious sorcerer.”
Your Lord is God, who created the heavens and the earth in six days, then established Himself upon the Throne, directing the matter. There is no intercessor save after His leave; that is God, your Lord, so serve Him. Will you then not take heed!
38:4-8 And they marvel that a warner has come to them from among them; and the false claimers of guidance say: “This is a sorcerer and a liar.
“Has he made the gods One God? This is an amazing thing.”
And the eminent ones among them went forth: “Go and be steadfast to your gods — this is a thing desired.
“We heard not of this in the latter creed; this is only a fabrication.
“Is it that the remembrance was sent down upon him from among us?” The truth is, they are in doubt about My remembrance; the truth is, they have not tasted My punishment!

‘Mohammad kopieerde de Bijbel en de Torah.’
3:2-4 God, there is no god save He, the Living, the Eternal.
He sent down upon thee the Writ with the truth, confirming what was before it; and He sent down the Torah and the Gospel
Before as guidance for mankind; and He sent down the Division. Those who deny the proofs of God, they have a severe punishment; and God is exalted in might and vengeful.
5:48 And We sent down to thee the Writ with the truth, confirming what is before it of the Writ, and as a control over it. So judge thou between them by what God has sent down; and follow thou not their vain desires away from what has come to thee of the truth. For each of you We appointed an ordinance and a procedure. And had God willed, He could have made you one community; but that He might try you in what He gave you[…]. — So vie in good deeds; unto God will you return all together, and He will inform you of that wherein you differed —
6:91-92 And they measured God not with the measure due Him when they said: “God has not sent down upon a mortal anything.” Say thou: “Who sent down the Writ which Moses brought as a light and guidance for men?” (You make it into parchments which you show; and you conceal much; and you were taught what you knew not, you and your fathers.) Say thou: “God”; then leave thou them playing in their vain discourses.
And this is a Writ We have sent down, one blessed, confirming what was before it, and that thou warn the mother of cities and those around her; and those who believe in the Hereafter believe in it, and they preserve their duty.
And who is more unjust than he who invents a lie about God, or says: “It has been revealed to me,” when nothing has been revealed to him, and who says: “I will send down the like of what God sent down”? And if thou couldst see when the wrongdoers are in the throes of death and the angels stretching out their hands: “Bring forth your souls; this day are you rewarded with the punishment of humiliation because you ascribed to God other than the truth, and waxed proud at His proofs!”[…].
10:37 And this Qur’an is not such as could be invented by other than God; but it is a confirmation of what is before it, and an exposition of the Writ about which there is no doubt, from the Lord of All Creation.
12:111 There is in their story a lesson for men of understanding; it is not an invented narrative but a confirmation of what is before it, and an exposition of every thing, and guidance, and a mercy for people who believe.
35:31 And that which We revealed to thee of the Writ: it is the truth, confirming what was before it; God is of His servants aware and seeing.
